Day 1 of 21

So I’m going to do this for 21 days. Why 21? Because 30 seems like too many, and 14 isn’t long enough to really test me and see a result 🙂

Starting weight is 83.2kg.
No junk food today, and good portion sizes. Although, I did have a strawberry milkshake but that was after giving blood!!
One cup of tea only. Two bottles of water.
Walked to and from work, brisk pace.

My goal is to complete this every day for 21 days, without fail. I’m tired of not following through.
