Pork Spare Ribs

Ingredients:

Meat:

8 Pork Spare Ribs

Sauce:

4 tablespoons Honey
4 tablespoons Tomato Sauce
4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
6 tablespoons White Vinegar
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
Dash of Tabasco Sauce
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Juice of 1 Orange or Lemon

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients for sauce in a jar together, and shake vigorously. Set aside.
  2. Dredge spare ribs in flour with salt and pepper added.
  3. Lay the spare ribs in a baking dish, place in moderate oven. After 30 mins, turn ribs over and add the sauce mixture. Turn ribs again in 15 mins.
  4. Cook until sauce is thick, and spare ribs are browning nicely.
